Kto odpowiada za dane

Administratorem danych jest twórca aplikacji STREN. We wszystkich sprawach dotyczących danych pisz na [email protected].

Bez konta

Z aplikacji można korzystać bez konta. Treningi, plan, pomiary, profil, wygląd awatara, zdjęcia i wpisy są zapisane wyłącznie na twoim telefonie. Nie wysyłamy ich na serwer i nie mamy do nich dostępu. Usunięcie aplikacji usuwa je z telefonu.

Konto

Konto zakładasz e-mailem i hasłem albo przez Google, Apple lub Facebooka. Przechowujemy:

Cel: prowadzenie konta i logowanie (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO). Dane trzymamy do usunięcia konta.

Reset hasła

Gdy poprosisz o reset, wysyłamy 6-cyfrowy kod na twój adres e-mail przez dostawcę poczty. Kod przechowujemy jako skrót (HMAC) przez 15 minut.

Trener AI

Czat z trenerem wymaga konta. Gdy wysyłasz wiadomość, aplikacja przekazuje przez nasz serwer do modelu Claude firmy Anthropic treść rozmowy i podsumowanie dziennika: płeć, wzrost, wagę, poziom tkanki tłuszczowej, cel, plan, pomiary, rekordy, progres i ostatnie treningi. Bez imienia i adresu e-mail. Podgląd tych danych jest w aplikacji pod „Co widzi trener?”.

Na naszym serwerze nie zapisujemy treści rozmów, tylko liczbę wiadomości i zużytych tokenów (dzienny limit). Anthropic przetwarza dane jako nasz podmiot przetwarzający i według swoich warunków komercyjnych nie używa ich do trenowania modeli. Anthropic działa w USA; przekazanie odbywa się na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych.

Podstawa: twoja zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a i art. 9 ust. 2 lit. a RODO), którą wyrażasz, wysyłając wiadomość do trenera. Możesz przestać w każdej chwili, dziennik działa bez czatu.

Raporty błędów

Gdy aplikacja trafi na błąd, wysyła raport: treść błędu, ślad stosu, wersję aplikacji i systemu, a jeśli jesteś zalogowany, numer konta. Trzymamy 5000 najnowszych raportów. Cel: naprawianie błędów (uzasadniony interes, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).

Mapa, lokalizacja i animacje ćwiczeń

Lokalizacji telefonu (jeśli na nią pozwolisz) aplikacja używa tylko na telefonie, żeby pokazać mapę wokół ciebie. Współrzędnych nie wysyła. Mapę, listę siłowni i animacje ćwiczeń pobiera z naszego serwera fragmentami, więc serwer widzi, o który fragment prosisz, tak jak przy każdej mapie w internecie. Takie zapytania trafiają tylko do logów technicznych.

Logi i bezpieczeństwo

Serwer zapisuje logi techniczne: adres IP, czas i rodzaj zapytania, a przy logowaniu numer konta. Służą ochronie przed włamaniami i nadużyciami, np. limitom prób logowania (uzasadniony interes, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO). Logi usuwamy automatycznie po 14 dniach, liczniki limitów po dobie.

Komu przekazujemy dane

Nie sprzedajemy danych. Nie ma w STREN reklam ani narzędzi analitycznych. Dane trafiają tylko do firm, które pomagają świadczyć usługę:

Serwer i baza danych znajdują się w Unii Europejskiej.

Twoje prawa

Masz prawo dostępu do swoich danych, ich poprawienia, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia, sprzeciwu i cofnięcia zgody. Napisz na [email protected]. Możesz też złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).

Usunięcie konta i danych

Napisz z adresu przypisanego do konta na [email protected] z tematem „Usuń konto”. Usuniemy konto, sesje i powiązane dane w ciągu 30 dni i potwierdzimy to mailem. Dane zapisane na telefonie usuniesz, odinstalowując aplikację. Jeśli logowałeś się przez Facebooka, możesz też odłączyć STREN w ustawieniach Facebooka (Aplikacje i witryny).

Dzieci

STREN nie jest przeznaczony dla osób poniżej 16 lat.

O istotnych zmianach tej polityki poinformujemy w aplikacji lub na tej stronie.

Privacy policy

Effective September 27, 2026

Controller

The controller is the developer of the STREN app. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

Without an account

You can use the app without an account. Workouts, plan, measurements, profile, avatar look, photos and posts are stored only on your phone. We do not send them to our server and cannot access them. Deleting the app deletes them.

Account

You sign up with email and password, or with Google, Apple or Facebook. We store your email address, a scrypt hash of your password (never the password), the account identifier from the sign-in provider (we only receive the identifier and email), account creation and last sign-in dates, and sign-in sessions (token hash, app and OS from the User-Agent header, dates; sessions expire after 30 days). Purpose: running your account (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Kept until you delete the account.

Password reset

We email you a 6-digit code through an email provider. The code is stored as an HMAC for 15 minutes.

AI coach

The coach chat requires an account. When you send a message, the app passes it through our server to Anthropic's Claude model together with a summary of your log: sex, height, weight, body fat, goal, plan, measurements, records, progress and recent workouts. No name or email. You can preview this data in the app under "What does the coach see?". We do not store chat contents, only message and token counts for the daily limit. Anthropic processes the data as our processor and, under its commercial terms, does not train models on it. Anthropic is based in the USA; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a)), given by sending a message to the coach. You can stop at any time; the log works without the chat.

Crash reports

When the app hits an error it sends the error message, stack trace, app and OS version and, if you are signed in, your account number. We keep the latest 5000 reports to fix bugs (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Map, location and exercise animations

Your location (if you allow it) is used only on your phone to center the map; coordinates are never sent. Map pieces, gym lists and exercise animations are downloaded from our server in parts, so the server sees which part you request, like any online map. These requests only reach the technical logs.

Logs and security

The server keeps technical logs: IP address, time and type of request and, on sign-in, the account number. They protect against break-ins and abuse, such as sign-in attempt limits (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days, rate-limit counters after one day.

Who receives data

We do not sell data. STREN has no ads and no analytics. Data only reaches companies that help run the service: Cloudflare (traffic delivery and attack protection), Anthropic (AI coach, only when you use the chat), an email provider (password reset codes), and Google, Apple or Meta (Facebook) only if you choose to sign in with them, in which case their privacy policies also apply. Our server and database are located in the European Union.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to a data protection authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

Deleting your account and data

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete account". We delete the account, sessions and related data within 30 days and confirm by email. Data on your phone is removed by uninstalling the app. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove STREN in Facebook settings (Apps and websites).

Children

STREN is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

We will announce material changes in the app or on this page.
